Soft Candy Lines Brochure

Starch moulded, soft candy production lines are a specialty of Tanis Food Tec. With this equipment all types of jelly and gum products can be made. In an abundance of colours, aerated or plain, sugar-coated or shiny, with yoghurt or other added ingredients. The TFT Soft Candy Line can handle them all.

The line will consist of weighing the ingredients, mixing & pre-dissolving, cooking under pressure, tempering & aeration, dividing into streams (to make a variety mix), colour-flavour-acid blending into the streams, depositing in starch trays, cooling or heating.
