Lines typically are composed of a preparation system for the whipping agent, a RotoPlus for aeration of the same, cooking unit for the slurry, frappe-making unit and a continuous blender for dry matters to the frappe; pressure-less slab former, forced cooling conveyor, slitting for rope forming in final width, spreading unit for separating the ropes and a guillotine cutter for cutting the product to the final length.
