The sheet cakes as prepared under Batter for cake & gateaux can be further processed (after cooling) into slab cakes, layer cakes, Swiss rolls or cake bars. 

With the TFT finishing line you can slit the product into strips and decorate them with cream, jam, caramel, marshmallow, chocolate, mousse, etc. via manifold depositors. Many combinations of fillings are possible. 
Then you can choose from options: roll them to a Swiss roll; stack them to layer cakes; or let them continue as a cake bar. 
The TFT guillotine cutter cuts the product to the final length without losing its shape or filling, preparing it to be enrobed or wrapped.
