Specifications:
For both single and sandwiched biscuits or cookies
Fits Cookie Cappers and Stencil systems, making it possible to use aerated cream up to 0,7 sg on a stencil sandwich (traditionally this used to be 1,2 sg)
Handles tartlets, hard rotary moulded, soft wire cut, and deposited cookies
Size range from 25 mm across to 125 mm
Shapes: round, square, rectangular or fantasy shapes
