GUILLLOTINE CUTTER
Mechanical travelling guillotine to cut cake sheets at length.
Number of strokes: adjustable, up to ca. 75 strokes per minute (depending on cutting length)
Cutting length: adjustable
Cutting height: max. 40 mm
Includes electronic synchronisation unit. No cream /crumb build up.
LONGITUDINAL CUTTER
To cut cake sheets into strokes.
Working width: up to 1200 mm.
Including two catch pans for scrap. Cutting is done on a counter roller so the knives are not in contact with the conveyor belt. Scrap/trim will be removed from the conveyor straight after the cutting knives. After the cutting/trimming the syrup will be sprayed/dripped on the cake so rework doesn’t include any syrup/dressing.
