ROTOSHEETER

TFT roller/sheeter depositor deposits continuous sheets of aerated product on an oven belt. 
Built on compact frame to be fixed on the existing oven belt structure. 

Possible sheet thickness: 1 to 10 mm. Sheet width: 350 to 1140 mm.
 

ROTOTRAVERS 
Traversing unit to equally spread filling mass over the rollers of the RotoSheeter. 

Size range:
300 to 1200 mm width


MANIFOLD
     

Manifold mounted directly after the circular cutters so the position of the cake strips is maintained. Manifold is executed with an interchangeable nozzle plate. Can be designed to decorate in various patterns, like waves (reciprocating manifold), zig-zag (TFT cross-moving pin striper) or checkered (TFT double-motion decorator).
