Use: injecting thin liquid colouring agents or flavouring substances with a maximum viscosity of 50 cP, in another liquid flow or in a foam 

Includes: buffer tanks with level glass, injection pumps, connecting piping, frequency inverters, pistons, valves

System can be de-aerated pressure free.

Use: mixing various types of powders, granulates (like broken nuts, dried fruit, etc.) and pastes in a liquid or a foam (such as merginue japonais, cream, nougat, chocolate)

Continuous inline mechanical blender. Special internal design: two mixing screws, no central shaft. For even distribution of the  without destroying the (foam) structure of the final product. The mixing screws can easily be replaced.

LOSS-IN-WEIGHT FEEDER

Use: doses the right amount of dry ingredients by weight to the slurry coming from the TFT continuous aeration system

Stainless steel dosing screw; interchangeable screw feeder. Unit hangs in 3 sheer beam load cells. Easy placement of bag in box on top and emptying in feeder in case of manual loading.
