Use: for tempering, cooling, reheating, crystallization and pasteurisation of both liquids and very viscous masses.
Scraped surface heat exchanger with heat exchange surface ranging between 0,2 to 4,5 m2. Fitted with rotating cage with scrapers in the product space. Scrapers ensure proper mixing during tempering process. No product layer building of crystallizing product on walls during cooling or heating.
Size range:
0,2 m2 = 100 LTR/HR
0,8 m2 = 400 LTR/HR
1,5 m2 = 750 LTR/HR
2,5 m2 = 1250 LTR/HR
4,5 m2 = 2500 LTR/HR
Extra options:
• Integrated control cabinet
• In a frame or on legs
• With either a manual or automatic air injection system (also available for N2)

WATER TEMPERING SYSTEM
Use: to work with pumps, pipe work, RotoTemp and RotoPlus.
Secondary loops are controlled by this system. Each circuit with its own adjustable temperature ranging from 10 to 55° C. Settings and control with main PLC and HMI touch screen. In night setting all circuits are heated to safe temperature so product does not set in the system, making start-up quick and simple.
