ROTOCREAM CUTTER

Use: to mix liquid fat or soft fat blocks with powder

Vertical cutter with cutting knives and anchor shaped agitator. Fitted with scrapers to scrape the wall and base of the premixing tank. Spherical cover with man hole to manually feed ingredients, fat blocks and powder.
 
 
ROTOCREAM

Use: to mix ingredients for viscous creams like fat blocks with sugar, lecithin, oil, etc.

With knife-shaped mixing arms and anchor shaped agitator. At inside of agitator a stationery arm with another set of knife-shaped blades is attached. This agitator is capable of cutting blocks of fat. Fitted with scrapers to scrape the base and wall of the premixing tank. With flat cover and partly hinged lid. With product circulation option, for optimal mixing of solids and liquids.


ROTO BATTER I

Use: to mix ingredients for sponges, like wheat flower, eggs, oil, salt, etc. 

With vertical shaft agitator, fitted with knife shaped mixing arms placed in a spiralling configuration. Fitted with flat cover and partly hinged lid.


ROTO BATTER III

Use: to mix ingredients for dough, batters or creams

With 2 separate agitators, driven from the top of the Premixer. Agitator 1 consists of a vertical shaft fitted with knife shaped mixing arms placed in a spiralling construction and at a certain angle. Agitator 2 is constructed with vertical arms, fitted with scrapers. With spherical cover fitted with man hole to manually feed ingredients, fat blocks and powder.
